CAN I TAKE PART IN THE NEW REP SUCCESS PROGRAMME?
The New Rep Success Programme is designed for new independent Avon Reps.
If you’re an independent Avon Rep that was appointed on or after 10th October, 2019 you can take part in this programme. You must have been appointed into or after Campaign 16 to be eligible.
WHAT IS THE NEW REP SUCCESS PROGRAMME?
We’re giving you the chance to go shopping to win a fantastic reward and learn ways to increase your earnings.
To be in with the chance of winning, all you need to do is achieve product sales that meet the Higher Order Value (HOV) threshold in three out of four campaigns, and complete the Rep Success Programme training and First Steps Knowledge Check. This would entitle you to go shopping from Shelf 1.
If you meet HOV in four out of four campaigns and complete the Rep Success Programme training and First Steps Knowledge Check, this would entitle you to go shopping on Shelf 2.
Fancy Shelf 3? Meet HOV in four out of four campaigns, sell £1000 or over and complete the Rep Success Programme training and First Steps Knowledge Check.
WHAT CAN I WIN?
WHAT IS HIGHER ORDER VALUE (HOV)?
HOV refers to Higher Order Value where you receive a 25% discount. Currently orders of over £170 in a campaign achieve HOV and the 25% discount is carried over to your next campaign.
Before you submit an order, you’ll be able to view how many sales you’ve achieved so far for that campaign. Don’t forget, it’s the 25% discount you’re aiming for!
WHAT IS THE REP SUCCESS PROGRAMME TRAINING AND FIRST STEPS KNOWLEDGE CHECK?
Here you’ll find all the information to help you get off to a flying start. Browse through the modules for tips and training on getting started with Avon and test your knowledge at the end in our short (10-minute) First Steps Knowledge Check. Completion of the First Steps Knowledge Check is vital towards your achievement in the New Rep Success Programme.

WHEN DOES THIS PROGRAMME END?
From the Campaign that you were appointed into, you have four campaigns to complete the New Rep Success Programme. If you don’t meet the criteria set within this period, you will not qualify to go shopping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CAMPAIGN DURING THE PROGRAMME?
Nothing. As long as you place product sales that meet HOV in at least three out of four campaigns, and completed the Rep Success Programme training and First Steps Knowledge Check, you’re a winner!
WHAT ORDERS CAN I PLACE?
Standard, Express and orders through your My Avon Store will all count. This means that if you’re an online/internet Rep only, you’ll still be able to take part. If multiple orders are placed, all sales from those orders will be counted.
DOES MY STARTER KIT COUNT TOWARDS PRODUCT SALES?
No, your Starter Kit does not count towards your product sales.
WHEN CAN I SELECT MY REWARD?
If you’re successful in the programme, you’ll be entitled to select your reward after your fourth campaign. Keep an eye out on your inbox for an email, where we’ll share full details on how you can redeem your reward and go shopping. You will only be entitled to select your reward in your fifth and sixth campaigns. If you miss this period, you’ll miss out on redeeming your reward.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEVIED AN EMAIL BUT I’VE ACHIEVED?
First point of call, always check your junk folder. Still can’t find it? Get in contact with the Sales Service Centre on 0333 234 5000 or contact your Sales Leader. They’ll be able to check on your progress and confirm which Shelf you’ve achieved.
If you know your Shelf of achievement, try selecting the relevant Shelf below and redeem using your Rep account number:
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
Your reward will be included in your Rep delivery the campaign after selection. If you don’t place an order in your sixth or seventh campaign, you will miss out on receiving this reward.
If you’re an online/internet Rep only, we’ll arrange to get your reward sent directly to your delivery address after the campaign of selection.
I’VE SELECTED MY REWARD BUT WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED (YET)?
For us to release your reward, you must have paid off all the invoices associated with the programme.
