During your first 3 campaigns with Avon you will have the opportunity to earn up to 30% on all your sales based on your sales for that campaign. You can also earn back the cost of your starter kit by achieving a sales target in your first campaign. Finally you get the opportunity to choose from a selection of sample packs and product packs. Again the more you sell the better the choice gets. 

All this is backed up by an excellent training area in the Avon Academy that allows you to focus your training on where you feel it will benefit you most and schedule your training based on your own family and work committments.
